§ 102–83.135 With whom must agencies consult in determining the availability of low- and moderate-income housing? Federal agencies must consult with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between HUD and GSA. The text of the HUD-GSA MOU is located in the appendix to this part.
