§ 50–201.301 Agency regulations. Each agency which prescribes additional regulations for the Administration of the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act and for the implementation of the regulations in this part, shall submit such regulations, directives, and orders to the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division prior to issuance. Any such regulations may not be enforced prior to approval by the Administrator or prior to 60 days after submission if not disapproved by the Administrator. Currently existing regulations are not affected by this section, except where such regulations are not in conformity with the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act and the Department of Labor regulations. In such cases, agency regulations shall be appropriately revised. [43 FR 22977, May 30, 1978]
