41 C.F.R. § 50.201.105 — Hours worked.
§ 50–201.105 Hours worked. In determining the hours for which an employee is employed, there shall be excluded any time which is excluded by section 3( o ) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, from the computation of hours worked for purposes of sections 6 and 7 of that act.
