§ 102–75.250 What general policy must the disposal agency follow concerning the disposal of surplus property? The disposal agency must dispose of surplus real property— (a) In the most economical manner consistent with the best interests of the Government; and (b) Ordinarily for cash, consistent with the best interests of the Government.
