§ 82.20 Civil rights. Each cooperative agreement shall be supported by a statement of assurance executed by the grantee providing that the project will be carried out in accordance with title VI, non-discrimination in federally assisted programs, of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000d–2000d–4, and with the Secretary's regulations promulgated thereunder, 43 CFR part 17.
