50 C.F.R. § 3.1 — Discrimination prohibited.
§ 3.1 Discrimination prohibited. No person shall, on the ground of race, color, creed, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to any form of discrimination or segregation under any program or activity, or in the use of any facility or accommodation of the Service.
