§ 1.5 Officer in Charge. Officer in Charge means any person in charge of a national fish hatchery, national wildlife refuge, research center, or other U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service installation, or the authorized representative of such official. [48 FR 44833, Sept. 30, 1983]
