50 C.F.R. § 80.151 — May an agency appeal a decision?

§ 80.151 May an agency appeal a decision? An agency may appeal the Director's or Regional Director's decision on any matter subject to this part. (a) The State fish and wildlife agency must send the appeal to the Director within 30 days of the date that the Director or Regional Director mails or otherwise informs an agency of a decision. (b) The agency may appeal the Director's decision under paragraph (a) of this section to the Secretary within 30 days of the date that the Director mailed the decision. An appeal to the Secretary must follow procedures in 43 CFR part 4, subpart G, “Special Rules Applicable to other Appeals and Hearings.”
