50 C.F.R. § 80.12 — Does an agency have to confirm that it wants to receive an annual apportionment of funds?

§ 80.12 Does an agency have to confirm that it wants to receive an annual apportionment of funds? No. However, if a State fish and wildlife agency does not want to receive the annual apportionment of funds, it must notify the Service in writing within 60 days after receiving a preliminary certificate of apportionment.
