50 C.F.R. § 29.72 — When will the Service grant a temporary access permit?

§ 29.72 When will the Service grant a temporary access permit? Within 30 calendar days of receipt of the application for a reconnaissance survey, we will advise you whether the application fulfills the requirements of §§ 29.70 through 29.71 and issue you a temporary access permit or provide you with a statement of additional information that is needed for us to conduct review of your application.
