50 C.F.R. § 29.142 — Will I be charged a fee for emergency access to my operations?

§ 29.142 Will I be charged a fee for emergency access to my operations? No. (a) The Service will not charge a fee for access across Service-administered lands or waters beyond the scope of your oil and gas right as necessary to respond to an emergency situation at your area of operations if we determine after the fact that the circumstances required an immediate response to either: (1) Prevent or minimize injury to refuge resources; or (2) Ensure public health and safety. (b) You will remain liable for any damage caused to refuge resources as a result of such emergency access. Financial Assurance
