50 C.F.R. § 29.104 — What actions may the Service take on my operations permit application?

§ 29.104 What actions may the Service take on my operations permit application? (a) We will make a decision on your application within 180 days from the date we deem your application complete unless: (1) We and you agree that such decision will occur within a shorter or longer period of time; or (2) We determine that an additional period of time is required to ensure that we have, in reviewing the permit application, complied with all applicable legal requirements. (b) We will notify you in writing that your permit application is: (1) Approved, with or without operating conditions; or (2) Denied, and provide justification for the denial. Any such denial must be consistent with § 29.40(c). Operating Standards
