50 C.F.R. § 13.50 — Acceptance of liability.
§ 13.50 Acceptance of liability. Except as otherwise limited in the case of permits described in § 13.25(d), any person holding a permit under this subchapter B assumes all liability and responsibility for the conduct of any activity conducted under the authority of such permit.
