50 C.F.R. § 13.4 — Emergency variation from requirements.
§ 13.4 Emergency variation from requirements. The Director may approve variations from the requirements of this part when he finds that an emergency exists and that the proposed variations will not hinder effective administration of this subchapter B, and will not be unlawful.
