45 C.F.R. § 99.12 — Time of hearing.
§ 99.12 Time of hearing. The hearing shall be scheduled not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days after the date of the notice of the hearing furnished to the applicant or Lead Agency, unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, by the parties.
