45 C.F.R. § 99.11 — Notice of hearing or opportunity for hearing.
§ 99.11 Notice of hearing or opportunity for hearing. Proceedings commence when the Assistant Secretary mails a notice of hearing or opportunity for hearing to the Lead Agency. The notice shall state the time and place for the hearing, and the issues which will be considered. A copy of the notice shall be published in the Federal Register.
