41 C.F.R. § 60.300.22 — Direct threat defense.

§ 60–300.22 Direct threat defense. The contractor may use as a qualification standard the requirement that an individual be able to perform the essential functions of the position held or desired without posing a direct threat to the health or safety of the individual or others in the workplace. (See § 60–300.2(g) defining direct threat. ).
