41 C.F.R. § 60.1.21 — Filing complaints.
§ 60–1.21 Filing complaints. Complaints shall be filed within 180 days of the alleged violation unless the time for filing is extended by the Director for good cause shown. [43 FR 49240, Oct. 20, 1978; 43 FR 51400, Nov. 3, 1978, as amended at 62 FR 66971, Dec. 22, 1997]
