§ 51–9.401 Submission of requests to amend records. (a) An individual who desires to amend any record or information pertaining to him should direct a written request to the Executive Director, Committee for Purchase from People who are Blind or Severely Disabled, Jefferson Plaza 2, Suite 10800, 1421 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202–3259. (b) A request should bear the legend “Privacy Act—Request to Amend Record” prominently marked on both the face of the request letter and the envelope. (5 U.S.C. 552a) [40 FR 51168, Nov. 3, 1975.
