§ 50–203.9 Briefs. (a) Any interested person or organization shall be entitled to file with the administrative law judge, Department of Labor, Washington, D.C., briefs, proposed findings of fact or conclusions of law, or other written statements, within the time allowed by the administrative law judge. (b) Any brief or written statement shall be stated in concise terms. (c) Three copies of all such documents shall be filed.
