41 C.F.R. § 50.202.2 — Minimum wage in all industries.
§ 50–202.2 Minimum wage in all industries. In all industries, the minimum wage applicable to employees described in § 50–201.102 of this chapter shall be not less than $3.35 per hour commencing January 1, 1981, $3.80 per hour commencing April 1, 1990, and $4.25 per hour commencing April 1, 1991.
