41 C.F.R. § 105.57.007 — Certification by employer.
§ 105–57.007 Certification by employer. The employer must complete and return the SF 329D (Employer Certification) to GSA within the time frame prescribed in the instructions to the form. The certification will address matters such as information about the debtor's employment status and disposable pay available for withholding.
