41 C.F.R. § 102.85.45 — When is an Occupancy Agreement required?

§ 102–85.45 When is an Occupancy Agreement required? An Occupancy Agreement (OA) is required for each customer agency's space assignment. The OA must be agreed to by GSA and the customer agency prior to GSA's commitment of funds for occupancy and formal assignment of space.
