41 C.F.R. § 102.83.55 — What is a rural area?
§ 102–83.55 What is a rural area? As defined in 7 U.S.C. 1991(a)(13)(A), rural area means any area other than— (a) A city or town that has a population of greater than 50,000 inhabitants; and (b) The urbanized area contiguous and adjacent to such a city or town.
