41 C.F.R. § 102.78.25 — What is an undertaking?

§ 102–78.25 What is an undertaking? The term undertaking means a project, activity, or program funded in whole or in part under the direct or indirect jurisdiction of a Federal agency, including those— (a) Carried out by or on behalf of the agency; (b) Carried out with Federal financial assistance; or (c) Requiring a Federal permit, license, or approval.
