41 C.F.R. § 102.75.575 — Who notifies non-profit organizations that surplus real property and related personal property to be used for self-help housing or housing assistance purposes is available?

§ 102–75.575 Who notifies non-profit organizations that surplus real property and related personal property to be used for self-help housing or housing assistance purposes is available? HUD notifies eligible non-profit organizations, following guidance in the GSA Customer Guide to Real Property Disposal. Such notices must require eligible nonprofit organizations to— (a) Coordinate any requirement for self-help housing or housing assistance use of the property with the appropriate public agency; and (b) Declare to the disposal agency an intent to develop and submit a comprehensive and coordinated plan of use and procurement for the property.
