§ 102–75.555 Which Federal agency receives the property assigned for self-help housing or housing assistance for low-income individuals or families? The head of the disposal agency, or designee, may assign, at his/her discretion, surplus real property, including buildings, fixtures, and equipment to the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
