41 C.F.R. § 102.74.510 — How may the disapproval of a permit application or cancellation of an issued permit be appealed?

§ 102–74.510 How may the disapproval of a permit application or cancellation of an issued permit be appealed? A person or organization may appeal the disapproval of an application or cancellation of an issued permit by notifying the Regional Officer (as defined in § 102–71.20 of this chapter), in writing, of the intent to appeal within 5 calendar days of the notification of disapproval or cancellation.
