§ 102–74.455 What impact do the rules and regulations in this subpart have on other laws or regulations? No rule or regulation in this subpart may be construed to nullify any other Federal laws or regulations or any State and local laws and regulations applicable to any area in which the property is situated (40 U.S.C. 121 (c)).
