41 C.F.R. § 102.73.150 — What is the policy for categorical space delegations?

§ 102–73.150 What is the policy for categorical space delegations? Subject to the limitations cited in §§ 102–73.230 through 102–73.240, all Federal agencies are authorized to acquire the types of space listed in § 102–73.155 and, except where otherwise noted, may lease space for terms, including all options, of up to 20 years.
