41 C.F.R. § 102.40.100 — May we sell personal property with special handling requirements?

§ 102–40.100 May we sell personal property with special handling requirements? Generally, yes, you may sell personal property with special handling requirements through an authorized Sales Center, provided that the property has been reported in accordance with subpart B and C of this part, when you: (a) Comply with applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including part 102–38 of this subchapter; and (b) Follow applicable precautions including but not limited to proper packaging of the property, labeling with appropriate warning signs, and allowing for inspection of the property with proper safeguards.
