§ 102–37.490 When must a SASP coordinate with GSA on compliance actions? You must coordinate with GSA before selling or demanding payment of the fair market or fair rental value of donated property that is: (a) Subject to any special handling condition or use limitation imposed by GSA (see § 102–37.455); or (b) Not properly used within 1 year of donation or which ceases to be properly used within 1 year of being placed in use.
