41 C.F.R. § 102.37.340 — When may a SASP terminate a cooperative agreement?

§ 102–37.340 When may a SASP terminate a cooperative agreement? You may terminate a cooperative agreement with GSA 60-calendar days after providing GSA with written notice. For other cooperative agreements with other authorized parties, you or the other party may terminate the agreement as mutually agreed. You must promptly notify GSA when such other agreements are terminated. Audits and Reviews
