§ 102–37.310 What must a proposal to sell undistributed surplus property include? (a) Your request to sell undistributed surplus property must include: (1) The proposed sale date; (2) A listing of the property; (3) Location of the sale; (4) Method of sale; and (5) Proposed advertising to be used. (b) If the request is approved, the GSA regional sales office will provide the necessary forms and instructions for you to use in conducting the sale.
