41 C.F.R. § 102.37.295 — Must GSA approve a transfer between SASPs?

§ 102–37.295 Must GSA approve a transfer between SASPs? Yes, the requesting SASP must submit a SF 123, Transfer Order Surplus Personal Property, to the GSA regional office in which the releasing SASP is located. GSA will approve or disapprove the request within 30 calendar days of receipt of the transfer order.
