41 C.F.R. § 102.36.275 — May we dispose of excess personal property without GSA approval?

§ 102–36.275 May we dispose of excess personal property without GSA approval? No, you may not dispose of excess personal property without GSA approval except under the following limited situations: (a) You may transfer to another federal agency excess personal property that has not yet been reported to GSA, under direct transfer procedures contained in § 102–36.145. (b) You may dispose of excess personal property that is not required to be reported to GSA (see § 102–36.220(b)). (c) You may dispose of excess personal property without going through GSA when such disposal is authorized by law.
