§ 102–33.125 If we use Federal aircraft, what are our management responsibilities? If you use Federal aircraft, you are responsible for— (a) Establishing agency-specific Flight Program Standards, as defined in §§ 102–33.140 through 102–33.185; (b) Accounting for the cost of acquiring, operating, and supporting your aircraft; (c) Accounting for the use of your aircraft; (d) Maintaining and accounting for aircraft parts; (e) Reporting inventory, cost, and utilization data (for reporting requirements, see subpart E of this part); and (f) Properly disposing of aircraft and parts following §§ 102–33.240 through 102–33.375.
