41 C.F.R. § 102.118.415 — Can the Administrator of General Services exempt the transportation postpayment audit requirement?

§ 102–118.415 Can the Administrator of General Services exempt the transportation postpayment audit requirement? Yes. The Administrator of General Services or designee may exempt, for a specified time, an agency or subagency from the GSA transportation postpayment audit oversight requirements of this subpart. The Administrator can also exempt a particular mode or modes of transportation (31 U.S.C. 3726). [81 FR 65303, Sept. 22, 2016, as amended at 87 FR 32325, May 31, 2022]
