§ 102–118.20 Who is subject to this part? This part applies to all agencies (including the Department of Defense (DoD)) and TSPs defined in § 102–118.35, and wholly-owned Government corporations as defined in 31 U.S.C. 101, et seq. and 31 U.S.C. 9101(3).
