§ 102–117.80 How are rate tenders filed? (a) The TSP must file an electronic rate tender with your agency. Details of what must be included when submitting electronic tenders is located in § 102–118.260(b) of this subchapter. (b) You must send two copies of the rate tender to: General Services Administration, Office of Travel, Employee Relocation and Transportation, Attn: Transportation Audits Division, 1800 F Street NW, 3rd Floor, Mail Hub 3400, Washington, DC 20405, or email: (1) SDDCRates@gsa.gov subject line SDDC OTO Tenders (DoD only); or (2) TEAL-Library@gsa.gov subject line GSA Rate Quotes, Tenders/Rate Quotes/Tariffs (all agencies except DoD).
