41 C.F.R. § 102.117.45 — What other factors must I consider when using another agency's contract or rate tender?

§ 102–117.45 What other factors must I consider when using another agency's contract or rate tender? When using another agency's contract or rate tender, you must: (a) Assure that the contract or rate tender meets any special requirements unique to your agency; (b) Pay any other charges imposed by the other agency for external use of their contract or rate tender; (c) Ensure the terms of the other agency's contract or rate tender allow you to use it; and (d) Ensure that the agency offering this service has the authority or a delegation of authority from GSA to offer such services to your agency.
