41 C.F.R. § 101.6.212.2 — Time and place of hearing.

§ 101-6.212-2 Time and place of hearing. Hearings shall be held, at a time fixed by the responsible GSA official, at the offices of GSA in Washington, DC, unless such official determines that the convenience of the applicant or recipient or of GSA requires that another place be selected. Hearings shall be held before the responsible GSA official or, at his discretion, before a hearing examiner designated in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 3105 or 3344 (section 11 of the Administrative Procedure Act).
