28 C.F.R. § 74.8 — Notification of payment.
§ 74.8 Notification of payment. The Administrator shall, when funds are appropriated for payment, notify an eligible individual in writing of his or her eligibility for payment. Section 104 of the Act limits any appropriation to not more than $500,000,000 for any fiscal year.
