28 C.F.R. § 0.181 — Requirements for orders.
§ 0.181 Requirements for orders. Each order prepared for issuance by or approval of the Attorney General shall be given a suitable title, shall contain a clear and concise statement explaining the substance of the order, and shall cite the authority for its issuance.
