§ 0.23b Office of Asylum Policy and Review. There is established, in the Office of Legal Policy, the Asylum Policy and Review Unit, headed by a Director, under the general supervision and direction of the Assistant Attorney General, Office of Legal Policy, and exercising such duties as the Deputy Attorney General delegates pursuant to 28 CFR 0.15(f) or otherwise assigns to it.
