28 C.F.R. § 72.4 — Where sex offenders must register.

§ 72.4 Where sex offenders must register. A sex offender must register, and keep the registration current, in each jurisdiction in which the offender resides, is an employee, or is a student. For initial registration purposes only, a sex offender must also register in the jurisdiction in which convicted if that jurisdiction is different from the jurisdiction of residence.
