28 C.F.R. § 58.29 — Renewal for an additional one year period.

§ 58.29 Renewal for an additional one year period. If an approved provider's application for an additional one year period is approved, such renewal period shall begin to run from the later of: (a) The day after the expiration date of the immediately preceding approval period; or (b) The actual date of approval of such renewal by the United States Trustee.
