28 C.F.R. § 51.32 — Establishment and maintenance of registry of interested individuals and groups.

§ 51.32 Establishment and maintenance of registry of interested individuals and groups. The Attorney General shall establish and maintain a Registry of Interested Individuals and Groups, which shall contain the name and address of any individual or group that wishes to receive notice of section 5 submissions. Information relating to this registry and to the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a et seq., is contained in JUSTICE/CRT–004. 48 FR 5334 (Feb. 4, 1983).
