28 C.F.R. § 5.302 — Exemptions under sections 3(b) and (c) of the Act.
§ 5.302 Exemptions under sections 3(b) and (c) of the Act. The exemptions provided by sections 3(b) and (c) of the Act shall not be available to any person described therein unless he has filed with the Secretary of State a fully executed Notification of Status with a Foreign Government (Form D.S. 394).
