28 C.F.R. § 5.211 — Sixty-day period to be covered in initial statement.

§ 5.211 Sixty-day period to be covered in initial statement. The 60-day period referred to in clauses 5, 7, and 8 of section 2(a) of the Act shall be measured from the time that a registrant has incurred an obligation to register and not from the time that he files his initial statement.
